The Affiliate Manager is responsible for the discovery, recruitment, day-to-day management and optimization of VIVA’s affiliate relationships in support of VIVA’s marketing department. The affiliate manager will play a critical role building relationships that generate significant value to VIVA in support of new customer acquisition goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage VIVA’s affiliate marketing program from launch to day-to-day performance. Work with other parts of the organization to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Creating and implementing business strategies with each affiliate relationship to optimize new customer acquisitions for VIVA.
  • Monitor performance of the affiliate channel for quality/poor performance and fraud.
  • Discover and recruit new long-term strategic affiliate relationships that create substantial incremental value for VIVA.
  • Lead negotiation process with current and new affiliate relationships to create fair and advantageous business terms.
  • Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of digital marketing experience with significant experience managing affiliate relationships, including but not limited to, recruitment, negotiation and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of online advertising, including SEO, SEM, Display, E-mail knowledge.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, learns quickly.
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
